We refer to the announcements dated 12 February 2020, 19 February 2020, 13 March 2020, 5 May 2020, 28 May 2020, 3 June 2020, 23 June 2020 and 29 June 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) as well as the Circular to Shareholders dated 6 May 2020 in relation to the Proposals.
