Reference is made to the Company's General Announcement made on 25 June 2012 in respect of the subject matter. Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to inform that Datuk Jaafar Bin Mohamad and Dr. Mohamed Amin Bin Mohd Kassim, the Directors of the Company, had given notice of their dealings in the securities of the Company outside the closed period, through Kuasa Viana Sdn.
