The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce that CTL’s claims against Nestle Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the Shah Alam Sessions Court, and Nestle Asean (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Cereal Partners (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the Shah Alam Magistrates Court (“the Subordinate Courts”) will be transferred to the Shah Alam High Court (“SAHC”) and consolidated with CTL's SAHC Suit upon the service of the sealed Order of the Court of Appeal on the Subordinate Courts’ registrars.
The Learned High Court Judge has fixed a case management date pending the extraction of the sealed Order of the Court of Appeal. The next Case Management date for the SAHC Suit is on 11 November 2016.
