Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to inform that Datuk Phua Sin Mo, a Director of the Company, Datin Lee Lay Hun, Pamela Phua Jo Lyn and Chai Mee Young, had on 8 September 2016 entered into a Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with CJ Korea Express Asia Pte. Ltd. for the proposed disposal of the following ordinary shares of RM0.50 each at a disposal price of RM1.45 per shares, upon the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as set out in the SPA dated 8 September 2016:- Direct Interest
