We wish to refer to the article entitled “South Korean group may buy Century stake” that appeared in Focus Malaysia on 25 June 2016.
 
The Company has conducted a due inquiry on the article with Datuk Phua Sin Mo, the founder of the Company, and wish to advise that Datuk Phua is in discussion with an interested party on the potential sale of his interest in the Company though nothing conclusive has been agreed upon.

Century will make the necessary announcement at the appropriate time when there are material developments relating to the same.
