Reference is made to our announcements dated 26 February 2014 and 21 March 2014 respectively. Century wishes to announce the update relating to the application to strike out SCA’s claim (“Striking Out Application”). The hearing of the Striking Out Application was initially fixed on 16 May 2014 and subsequently postponed to 6 June 2014. On 6 June 2014, at the request of the solicitors for SCA, the Striking Out Application was fixed for a further case management on 20 June 2014 for parties to obtain further directions from the High Court, whereby the Striking Out Application has been fixed for decision on 17 July 2014. This announcement is dated 20 June 2014.
