Reference is made to the announcement dated 26 February 2014.

Century wishes to announce the update pertaining to the above-captioned claim.

The High Court has given the following directions during the Case Management on 20 March 2014:

a)      CTL’s Defence is to be filed on or before 28 March 2014;

b)      SCA’s Reply to Defence is to be filed on or before 11 April 2014;

c)      CTL’s application to strike out SCA’s claim to be filed on or before 25 April 2014;

d)      bundle of documents, statement of issues to be tried and statement of agreed facts to be filed on 16 May 2014;

e)      witness statements to be filed before 10 June 2014; and

f)       trial is fixed on 17 June 2014 to 19 June 2014.

The next case management for this matter will be on 16 May 2014.
