Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the SBP Balance Purchase Consideration has been released to the SBP Vendors' solicitors. As such, the Acquisitions of SBP Properties has been completed on 23 June 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SBP SPAs, as confirmed by the letters dated 24 June 2026 from SBP Vendors' solicitors.
