Further to the Company’s announcements dated 29 August 2025 and 28 November 2025 in regards to the quarterly updates on the Private Placement first announced on 4 December 2024, the Board of Directors of Binasat wishes to provide the quarterly updates as at 26 February 2026. 

 

Please refer to the attachment for the details of the quarterly updates.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the proceeds raised from the Private Placement amounting to RM12.814 million have been fully utilised as at 26 February 2026. Accordingly, this will be the final quarterly announcement on the status of utilisation of proceeds from this Private Placement.
