The Board of Directors ("Board") of Binasat wishes to announce that BINASAT DIGITAL SDN. BHD. ("BDSB"), a subsidiary of Binasat received a Letter of Acceptance dated 17 December 2025 from LEMBAGA DIUS API for the contract known as A Managed and Secure Internet Service Featuring Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-Wan) for the Headquarters, Collection Offices, and the Navigation System of Lembaga Dius Api (“Contract”).

BDSB had accepted the Letter of Acceptance on 18 December 2025.
