We refer to the announcements dated 21 November 2023, 27 November 2023, 30 January 2024, 2 February 2024, 14 May 2024, 27 May 2024, 14 June 2024, 27 June 2024,16 July 2024, 15 January 2025 and 27 January 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement was completed on 28 January 2025 following the listing of 15,829,500 Placement Shares (being the 3rd and final tranche of the Placement Shares) on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 28 January 2025.

The Company wishes to inform that a total of 38,829,500 Shares were issued under the Private Placement and the Company has raised a total gross proceeds of RM8,181,867.50 from the Private Placement.
