On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that based on the valid Income Distribution Reinvestment Forms received by Axis-REIT’s registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Axis-REIT will be required to issue 10,282,023 new Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2024 Final Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 70.08% of 14,671,490 (net of withholding tax) being the total number of new Units that would have been issued pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2024 Final Income Distribution, had all the entitled Unitholders elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the IDRP applicable to the 2024 Final Income Distribution into new Units.
