Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 3 February 2025, approved the listing and quotation of up to 15,474,697 new Units to be issued pursuant to the 2024 IDRP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Application”).
The approval of Bursa Securities for the Application is subject to, among others, the following conditions:
(i) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the 2024 IDRP;
(ii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the 2024 IDRP; and
(iii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and condition of Bursa Securities’ approval once the 2024 IDRP is completed.
