(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcement dated 30 August 2024 and 2 September 2024 in relation to the Proposed Placement (“Announcements”))
Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 11 September 2024, approved the listing and quotation of up to 263,000,000 Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Listing Application”).
The approval of Bursa Securities for the Listing Application is subject to, among others, the following conditions:
(i) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;
(ii) Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement; and
(iii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
