Reference is made to the announcement dated 23 July 2012 in relation to the IDRP that allows unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution in new units in Axis-REIT applicable to the 2012 Second Interim Income Distribution. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Mangers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Notice of Election in relation to the IDRP will be despatched to the unitholders of Axis-REIT on 15 August 2012. This announcement is dated 14 August 2012.
