Reference is made to the announcement released on 16 April 2007 on behalf of Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee, the Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT, on the Proposed Dealings in Units during Closed Period.
