Reference is made to the announcement released on 31 March 2006 on behalf of Dato' Abas Carl Gunnar Bin Abdullah, Lim Kian Thiam and Tew Peng Hwee @ Teoh Peng Hwee, the Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that three of the corporations in which the abovementioned Directors are deemed interested has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period by way of off-market direct business transaction. The details of the dealings are as follows:-
