Reference is made to the announcement released on 3 March 2006 on behalf of Dato' Abas Carl Gunnar Bin Abdullah and Lim Kian Thiam, the Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad ("ARMB" or "Company"), the management company of Axis-REIT.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ARMB wishes to inform that one of the corporations in which both the abovementioned Directors are deemed interested has dealt in the units of Axis-REIT during closed period.
