Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“AJSB”), had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) of a revenue or trading nature, which the aggregate value of RRPTs for the period from 1 August 2023 to 19 February 2024 had exceeded RM1.00 million.
