(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company’s announcement dated 22 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 6 May 2024 and 21 April 2025 ("Announcements")).

Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that on 22 October 2025, ALB and its holding company, ANB, had entered into a 2nd Supplemental Agreement to the HOA (“2nd Supplemental Agreement”) as amended by the Supplemental Agreement to the HOA dated 21 April 2025 (“1st Supplemental Agreement”) with the Vendors and GLTSB. Pursuant to the 2nd Supplemental Agreement, the Parties have mutually agreed to, amongst others, the following:

1. exclude the Proposed Private Placement as part of the Proposals;
2. exclude the Proposed Subscription as part of the Proposals;
3. amend the conditionality for the Proposals; and
4. extend the Term.
