We refer to the announcements dated 8 June 2026 and 4 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the SPA has become unconditional in accordance with its terms and conditions on 21 September 2026 following the fulfilment of all the Conditions Precedent as set out in the SPA.
