We refer to the announcements made on the 22 May 2025, 23 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 10 June 2025, 19 June 2025, 4 August 2025, 12 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 10 September 2025, 1 December 2025, and 9 December 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed on 10 December 2025, following the issuance of a total of 74,410,800 Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company had issued 74,410,800 Placement Shares over 3 tranches pursuant to this Private Placement, which raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM2.0 million.
