We refer to the announcements made on the 22 May 2025, 23 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 10 June 2025, 19 June 2025, 4 August 2025 and 12 August 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 28 August 2025 fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.027 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.003 or 10.00% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of AHB Shares up to and including 27 August 2025 of RM0.03 per AHB Share.
