REDUCTION OF THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF AHB OF RM37.00 MILLION PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 (“ACT”) (“SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION”)

We refer to the announcements made on 10 December 2024, 23 December 2024, 24 December 2024, 17 January 2025 and 22 January 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 10 April 2025, granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction. The sealed court order will be extracted and lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.


The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
