Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 8 January 2024. Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 8 January 2024 in relation to the MOA.
The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that the Company and Kok Seng Ping had mutually agreed to terminate the MOA with effect from 22 November 2024 (“Termination”). No definitive agreement has been entered by the Company with Kok Seng Ping pursuant to the MOA.
Termination of the MOA does not have any financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries.
