The Board of Directors of AEON CO. (M) BHD. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has on 19 August 2025 entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders’ Agreement with AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad to establish a Joint Venture Company with the objective to manage a unified customer loyalty programme and digital engagement capabilities across the AEON Group of Companies in Malaysia.
