The Board of Directors (“Board”) of 3REN Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board had resolved to approve and vary the purpose and timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from its initial public offering (“IPO”) in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Variation”).
