Further to the announcement made on 23 April 2025, the Board of 3REN wishes to inform of that the MOU is not expected to have any effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
The MOU will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as well as shareholdings of the substantial shareholders as no securities will be issued pursuant to the MOU.
