The composition of the ESG Committee after the changes is as follows:-

1. Dato’ Roslina Binti Zainal – Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED");
2. Datuk Lim Hong Tat – Member, INED; and
3. Dato' Seri Paduka (TPr.) Dr. Maimunah Binti Mohd Sharif – Member, INED.
