The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and secondarily listed on the Main Board of SGX on 16 July 2025, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of MSC will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of MSC within 4 market days after the listing date of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders of MSC are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 30 June 2025. |
