We refer to the announcements dated 3 March 2020, 13 March 2020, 18 May 2020, 1 July 2020 and 3 August 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
We wish to announce that the Settlement Agreement in relation to the Proposed Settlement has been completed today, 25 August 2020 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
Following the completion of the Proposed Settlement, we are pleased to inform that the Proposed Disposal has been completed in accordance to the SPA and the Settlement Agreement.
