The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Directors have on 24 August 2023 proposed a final single-tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The entitlement date and payment date for the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
