The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. Peter Chong & Co PLT (AF 0165) who have given their consent to act as Auditors has been appointed as Auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial period ending 30 June 2025 and to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting for adoption of the Statutory Financial Statements for the financial period ending 30 June 2025 to the shareholders at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
