The Directors of Oversea Enterprise Berhad has approved the change of financial year end from 31 March to 30 June (Change). This Change is due to the recent resignation of Auditors of the Company which requires new appointment of auditors be made and longer timeline for the new auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. The first set of accounts after the Change shall be for a period of 15 months from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025.
