The Board of Directors of Oversea (Board) wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 April 2025 received a letter of resignation dated 23 April 2025 from Messrs. Chengco PLT (LLP0017004-LCA & AF0886) (Chengco) on their resignation as the External Auditors of the Company.

The resignation of Chengco is due to ongoing manpower constraints within Chengco's team. The Board also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of Shareholders.

The Company is in the midst of identifying new Auditors, further announcement on the engagement of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course.
