The Board of Directors of Oversea Enterprise Berhad ("OEB") wishes to announce that Mr Yu Soo Chye @ Yee Soo Chye has resigned as the Chairman to the Investment Committee of OEB with effect from 8 April 2022. After the change, the members of the Investment Committee are as follows:-

1. Yu Tack Tein -  (Member, Director of subsidiary)

2. Yu Suat Yin - (Member, Vice President Group Operation)

3.Yap Teck Beng - (Member, Group General Manager)

The Board will elect a Chairman amongst the Investment Committee members and to be announced in due course.
