Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements in relation to the change in its financial year end dated 13 August 2026.
The Board of Directors of Metronic Global Berhad ("Metronic" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received a letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 11 September 2026, pursuant to Paragraphs 2.23(1) and 9.23A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main LR"), directing the Company to issue an interim audited financial statements for the financial period ended 31 July 2026, covering 21-month financial period from 1 November 2024 to 31 July 2026 ("Interim AFS") ("the Directive").
Pursuant to the Directive, the Company is required to issue the Interim AFS by 30 November 2026.
The Company will work closely with its external auditors to facilitate the commencement and completion of the audit of the Interim AFS, in order to issue the Interim AFS within the timeframe stipulated by Bursa Securities.
