Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 8 August 2019 in relation to the Private Placement undertaken by the Company. The Company had on 19 September 2023 and 26 September 2024 extended the timeframe for the utilization of the proceeds raised from the Private Placement.
The Board of Directors of Metronic wishes to announce that as at 26 September 2025, the Company has yet to fully utilize the proceeds raised from the Private Placement and requires additional time to fully utilise the balance of proceeds amounting to RM506,000, which was earmarked for development of smart city solutions in Malaysia.
