Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 August 2019 in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 6 August 2019 entered between Metronic Engineering Sdn. Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Metronic Global Berhad (“Metronic” and “the Company”) with Zhuhai SingYes New Materials Technology Co. Ltd. (“Singyes”), to form a joint venture company for the purpose of developing smart city solutions in Malaysia.
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Metronic wishes to announce that Metronic Engineering Sdn. Bhd. had on 24 July 2025 issued a notice of termination to Singyes to terminate the Joint Venture Agreement.
