The Board of Directors of Meta Bright Group Berhad (“MBGB”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Meta Bright Sdn. Bhd. (“MBSB” or “Vendor”) had on 11 July 2025 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Amber International Sdn. Bhd. (“Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of its entire equity interest in Meta Bright Australia Pty Ltd (ACN: 667 937 251) (“MBA”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
