Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 June 2025, 10 June 2025, 17 June 2025, 20 June 2025, 3 July 2025 and 10 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for up to 182,608,600 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.1150 per Placement Share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 4.17% to the 5-day VWAP of MBGB Shares up to and including 10 July 2025 of RM0.1200.
