Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 6 December 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of Project Rights (“Earlier Announcement”).
The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcement.
The Board of Directors of MBGB wishes to announce that the Vendor had on 8 March 2023 via an exchange of letter, agreed for an extension of the Cut-Off Date for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent of the CSPA from 6 March 2023 to 5 June 2023.
