The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad ("KPPROP") wishes to announce on the formation of Remuneration Committee of KPPROP with effect from 1 March 2022. The Terms of Reference of the Remuneration Committee is now published on KPPROP's website at www.kpproperty.com.my

The composition of the Remuneration Committee after the formation is as follows:-

(a) Mr Kuan Ying Tung (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Chairman

(b) Ir. Low Wuu Shin (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member

(c) Mr Tee Sun Ee (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member
