Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company’s abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issues dated 19 September 2025 (“Abridged Prospectus”).

Reference is made to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Rights Issues as disclosed in the Abridged Prospectus dated 19 September 2025. The Company had raised total gross proceeds of RM147.18 million from the Rights Issues ("Rights Issues Proceeds”). 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the Rights Issues Proceeds allocated for the repayment of bank borrowings by an additional 3 months from the original expiry date.
