(1) The number of securities transacted represents the deemed interests of Dato' Tee Eng Seng, Datin Seri Toh Siew Chuon, and Dato' Seri Tee Eng Ho pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, by virtue of their interests in Javawana Sdn. Bhd. This arises from the acquisition of shares through the subscription of a rights issue of shares and the acquisition of RCULS through the subscription of a rights issue of RCULS ("Rights Issues") by Javawana Sdn. Bhd.
As for Mr. Tee Sun Ee, the number of securities transacted represents his direct interest arising from the Rights Issues.

(a) Ordinary shares - based on the enlarged number of issued Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury shares) after the Rights Issue of Shares of 821,462,308; 

(b) Redeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan stocks ("RCULS") - based on total number of issued RCULS of 410,731,154.
