Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 August 2019, 2 October 2019, 15 November 2019 and 28 November 2019 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”) as well as the Circular dated 29 November 2019 (“Circular”). On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 April 2020 approved the application for an extension of time of six (6) months from 15 May 2020 to 15 November 2020 to complete the Private Placement.
