Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 4 August 2025.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Settlement Agreements with the Creditors have lapsed on 4 February 2026 as the conditions precedent are not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe. In addition, the Board has also resolved to not proceed with the Proposed Share Capital Reduction and Proposed Diversification.
In view of the above, an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date for the withdrawal of the relevant additional listing application.
