(III)	PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS

(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 27 September 2023 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 27 September 2023, 3 October 2023, 2 November 2023 and 7 November 2023 as well as the circular to Shareholders dated 22 November 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, as at 24 November 2023, RM5.00 million and RM14.00 million of the subscription monies had been remitted by KSP Vista and Eclipse International respectively into the stakeholder account in relation to their subscription of the Placement Shares.
