We refer to the announcements dated 24 March 2021 and 14 April 2021 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Euro, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Board, after taking into consideration the recent market volatility in the share price performance of Euro, has resolved to terminate the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The Board may consider other corporate exercises to enhance stakeholders’ value and will make the necessary announcement(s) in due course.
