SALE AND PURCHASE OF A SHOPLOT UNIT AT DAMAI SUITES, KOTA KINABALU, SABAH

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 January 2026 with reference number GA1-09012026-00052 (“Announcement”).


Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.


The Company wishes to further clarify that, in addition to the factors set out in paragraphs 2.5 (a) to (c) therein, the Purchase Consideration is also determined based on the Developer’s prevailing selling price of comparable commercial units within the Damai Suites development made available to members of the public and/or other third-party purchasers.

 

Save for the above clarification, all other information contained in the announcement dated 9 January 2026 remains unchanged.
